Solutions Group, is Tier 4 compliant and designed to lay flat for easy transport.

“We listened to our customers,” said Bruce Budd, manager of Kelly’s Crane and Foundation Group. “This Tier 4 design is exactly what contractors have been asking for: to reduce transportation costs.”

The new design of the A125 was first unveiled at Bauma 2013 in Munich.

Kelly says the company’s influence on the redesign means the rig is sold with a track record of “fast and competent customer service.”

“This year, Kelly Tractor Co. celebrates 80 years of providing exceptional sales and service to the construction industry,” Budd said. “Being ahead of the crowd and focusing on customer service is a distinct advantage for our customers with IMT machines. The Caterpillar dealer network services the Caterpillar power base, and the Kelly professionals maintain the drill portion.  This partnering approach is the strength behind the new design.”

The A125 features 90,000 foot-pounds of rotary torque, a transport height of 11-foot-2-inches and an operating weight of 78,153 pounds.

By the end of 2013, Kelly also plans to introduce a Tier 4-compliant A150 rig in the North American market.

Kelly Tractor, headquartered in Miami, has served the construction industry with equipment rental and sales since 1933. The company sells and rents IMT hydraulic rigs to foundation contractors across North America. For more information, visit www.kellytractor.com.
