Wolfenbarger brings a track record of financial leadership in large-scale manufacturing, having held divisional CFO roles at industry leaders including Caterpillar, Stryker, and most recently Owens Corning. At Owens Corning, she oversaw financial planning, compliance, and reporting for the company’s $4 billion insulation division, managing operations across 50 international manufacturing and distribution sites.
“Jennifer’s experience is exceptional,” said Franklin Electric CEO Joe Ruzynski. “Her value-driven approach and commitment to continuous improvement will strengthen our company at every level.”
In addition to her corporate credentials, Wolfenbarger has been an active contributor to the community, serving as treasurer for several nonprofit boards and mentoring students at Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. She also held an executive sponsor role for a Latin America-focused women’s leadership initiative during her time at Owens Corning.
Her global career has spanned roles in the U.K., Brazil, and across the U.S.—and now brings her back home to Indiana.
