It’s pretty amazing, the changes we see in the drilling industry every year.

Last month in this space, I started by saying “drillers have a lot to talk about.” I went on to discuss a few projects I found interesting and to suggest that drillers should let people know about the projects they work on—the ones they take pride in.

If you listen to the media, you’ll hear a lot of horror stories about how bleak the job outlook is for young people. And while there are certainly some problems, the fact remains that certain industries are growing like crazy and can’t find enough workers.
