In
the last several months, I have visited several states in the northeastern part
of the United States and have found the economy seemingly down everywhere, yet
I observed many freight trucks traveling in all directions.
I’ve
been involved with the drilling industry for many years, and have seen booms
and busts come and go. The present economic situation reminds me of the Great
Depression of ‘83, and while I think it might get worse before it gets better,
so far, it still is better than what I’ve seen in other countries.
