I recently attended a safety training conference where a retired Chicago police officer gave a talk on mental focus and situational awareness. He advocated using the “Cooper code” to reduce incidents and mistakes at the jobsite.
Within our borders, we have manufacturing that employs Americans to produce products sold worldwide. There are varying degrees of raw materials and component sourcing. There are varying degrees of factory ownership. There is importation of products. It is complicated.
