Wesgarde, a national distributor specializing in electromechanical and electronic power components, is spotlighting the CIT Relay & Switch AH Series — a line of illuminated anti-vandal pushbutton switches designed for rugged construction environments and next-generation control panels.
With a 19mm panel cut-out size, the AH Series integrates easily into standard equipment layouts, offering both momentary and latching options to accommodate quick-contact or maintained-activation systems. Available in illuminated and non-illuminated flush actuator styles, the switches combine reliability, versatility, and visual clarity.
The series offers LED illumination in six colors — red, yellow, green, blue, white, and orange — providing clear visual feedback and enhanced operator safety. Designers can choose from stainless steel (SUS 304 or SUS 316L) or anodized aluminum finishes in black, red, blue, green, or yellow. Additional customization options include epoxy convex actuators, custom laser etching, and shine-through logos or symbols, making the AH Series adaptable for branded or specialized applications.
Built to perform in harsh jobsite conditions, the switches feature a vandal-proof design with IP67 sealing, ensuring resistance to dust and water intrusion. Options for quick-connect tabs, screw terminals, or sealed wire assemblies simplify installation and ensure dependable performance in demanding construction, manufacturing, and OEM environments.
Rated up to 20A at 12VDC and 10A at 125VAC, the AH Series supports heavy-duty applications while maintaining a lifespan of up to 50,000 cycles. Gold-over-silver contacts improve conductivity and wear resistance, and polycarbonate lenses and reinforced switch bodies enhance impact durability. The switches function reliably across a temperature range from -40°F to 185°F, making them ideal for both indoor and outdoor use.
