Pump and motor systems manufacturer Franklin Electric has announced the acquisition of substantially all of the assets of LCA Pump, LLC, a Missouri limited liability company, through Franklin subsidiary Headwater Companies LLC. LCA Pump operates Water Works Pump, a professional groundwater distributor, which now comes under the Headwater Companies umbrella.
