The team at The Driller attended the 2022 South Atlantic Jubilee, which just wrapped up in Myrtle Beach on Aug. 1. At the show, host Brock Yordy takes a question from Hank with D.J. Pump Service out of Knoxville, Georgia, about whether the drilling and groundwater industries offer a future for young people. It’s Ask Brock episode 173.

“Outside of air, water is our most important resource, so what you’re doing is just insanely important,” Yordy says. He makes the case that drillers who train up can have a bright future, from having the expertise to help solve the water crisis to embracing the technology to get it done.
