Schramm Inc. has appointed energy industry veteran Bobby Bryan to the newly created position of chief operating officer. Bryan will assume responsibility over operations, engineering, aftermarket and sales effective immediately.

The role is meant to effectively manage the increasing pace of operational demands on the company.

Bryan has decades of oilfield equipment and services experience, which he acquired during his 20-year career at National Oilwell Varco (NOV). While there he served in a variety of capacities worldwide, most recently as vice president of business development of the Land Rig Solutions division. Bryan’s career at NOV began in 1993 and throughout his tenure he has held positions including mechanic, service technician, sales manager and director.
