Plenty of drills and hoists greeted visitors to the 2004 Pacific Northwest Ground Water Exposition. The event took place Feb. 27-28, in Portland, Ore. Indoors, attendees were treated to a full slate of educational seminars and nearly 70 exhibits at the trade show.
