The Edcliff Instruments Division of BEI Technologies Inc. introduces BEI FluidTrax, the first electronic water level monitoring system designed for permanent installation in an operating well. FluidTrax consists of a silicon micromachined pressure transmitter housed in a hermetically sealed stainless probe. The probe delivers accurate signals through a rugged wireline cable to a versatile surface display unit that produces readings at the push of a button. The FluidTrax system was designed by BEI in collaboration with groundwater professionals based on their first-hand experience over many decades of drilling, servicing and analyzing well and pump conditions.
