HyOrc Corporation (OTCID: HYOR), a company making waves in the clean energy space, has taken a big step toward joining the Nasdaq by filing a Form 10 registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). This move officially puts the company on the path to becoming a fully reporting public entity—something that could open the doors to more investors and greater market visibility.
“This filing marks a significant step in HyOrc’s journey,” said James McNaught-Davis, Chairman of HyOrc. “By transitioning to fully reporting status, we are strengthening governance and transparency for our shareholders while opening new opportunities to access institutional and retail investors.”
The plan is clear: first, transition from the OTCID Market to the OTCQB Venture Market—a platform better suited for emerging growth companies—then work toward meeting the listing requirements for the Nasdaq Capital Market.
It’s a strategic move that reflects how much HyOrc has been evolving. The company has been making headlines recently for its growing clean energy initiatives, including a major joint venture in Portugal aimed at building a national green methanol platform. That project alone is expected to generate around €3.2 billion in revenue over ten years.
And it’s not just big numbers—HyOrc’s tech is also making an impact. From waste-to-methanol systems to hydrogen engines designed for trains, ships, and distributed power grids, the company is focused on cutting emissions in some of the hardest sectors to decarbonize—all without relying on government subsidies.
With 737 million shares outstanding and 26.3 million at DTC, HyOrc believes the SEC filing will help fuel its growth by making it easier to raise capital and scale its clean energy solutions.
In short, the company is gearing up for what could be its next major chapter. A potential Nasdaq listing won’t just boost visibility and investor confidence—it could mark HyOrc’s arrival as a serious contender in the global energy transition.
