Vermeer Manufacturing Co.'s D300x500 NAVIGATOR horizontal directional drill combines a powerful, large rig with efficient design, mobility and transportability to serve a growing amount of larger utility work. The D300x500 integrates the power pack, operator's station and crane with a rack-and-pinion design to offer 50,000 foot-pounds of rotary torque and 300,000 pounds of thrust and pullback capacity. The drill is designed to decrease support equipment and increase operator efficiency.
