All my Driller Does is Yell from the Platform. What Am I Doing Wrong?
How many of you have known a driller who cycles through helpers like mud through a borehole? How many of you cut your teeth in this business working for a driller who punctuates sentences with f-bombs (directed at you)? Outside of drilling, that’s usually called a toxic work environment. In drilling, it’s too often the unofficial on-boarding process.
Well, in episode 61 of Ask Brock, we have advice for the helpers out there trying to grow as employees while taking abuse from their drillers.
