Sullair Releases Enhanced Sullube Air Compressor Lubricant
New Formula by Dow Chemical Company Lasts up to 10,000 Hours
Sullair and Dow Chemical Company have reunited around their Sullube air compressor lubricant initially introduced almost 30 years ago. The new and improved Sullube formulation improves lubricant life for up to 10,000 hours.
“Sullair has a strong reputation for the durability of its air compressors,” says Tim Kruto, senior products manager, Aftermark Products, Sullair. “This new formulation combines the benefits Sullube has historically provided, and adds additional value with the extended fluid life all backed by the expertise of Dow.”
Sullube, produced by Dow, is a high-performance Plyglycol-based lubricant that prevents the leading cause of air end failure — varnish — and helps keep compressors running clean and cool. The new and enhanced version aims to meet the needs of modern rotary screw air compressors.
