Maxidrill International Ltd. and Multi-Power Products Ltd. announce that they have joined forces through their new manufacturing and marketing alliance. Under this agreement, Multi-Power Products will manufacture then entire Maxidrill line of rigs and related products. In addition, Multi-Power will continue to build and support the Explorer Series of drilling equipment. Maxidrill will focus primarily on marketing, sales, new designs and product improvement. Most pricing, quoting and client relations will remain the responsibility of Maxidrill.
