In a two-part plan, Laibe Corp. extended its commitment to customer satisfaction – from the early manufacturing stages through daily operations of customers’ rigs. Laibe’s first step is a new state-of-the-art service truck – outfitted to support the challenges of off-site road calls. “Customers can look forward to having repairs completed at the qualified hands of Jeff Cummings, our service technician. Jeff is a familiar person at many of the northeast drill sites,” says Jim Hopkins, general manager for Laibe Corp. “Shop service, parts and rig pick-up would complete the second component of the plan.” According to Hopkins, “A new shop and a fully stocked parts department should easily meet the demands of our area. Jeff Martin, the Northeast branch manager, was hired specifically to support the request for responsive service our customers expect as part of the Laibe experience.”
