In this column, I’m going to write about the most difficult job I ever encountered, one that took a long time to conquer but eventually ended up being successful.
In honor of the brave men and women who served our country, a water well driller recently donated services toward the maintenance of one of their final resting places.
It is critical to the health of our team to remember why we are drilling water wells, why we are conducting pump tests, why we are fixated on well development, and why we are insisting that the project be executed perfectly.
I always approach a project with this goal in mind: To drill an efficient borehole safely utilizing the tooling and equipment on site with the least amount of impact to the environment.
As I think back, it seems I encountered more problems with pumps and water conditioners than with wells I drilled. I also remember that many of the difficult jobs were due to the attitudes of my customers.
