Consulting engineering firm Terracon has named Janet Keiser, PE, PTOE, vice president and national director for Transportation and Infrastructure.

In a release, the company says Keiser will supports client service, innovation and project delivery as the company builds on its presence in the transportation and infrastructure sector. Terracon says she will draw on a 30-year career in transportation to lead strategic growth for teams across the country. As a well-known leader in the industry, Keiser also serves professionally with the Intelligent Transportation Society, Women’s Transportation Seminar, Institute of Transportation Engineers and American Council of Engineering Consultants (ACEC).

After earning a degree in civil engineering from The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art, Keiser attended Texas A&M University, graduating with a master’s degree in civil engineering. She is a licensed professional engineer in New Jersey and a professional traffic operations engineer. A native of the northeast, Keiser lives in the New York City metropolitan area.
