Do you worry what one of your crew members may say to the customer, engineers or regulators that might be onsite? On today’s Ask Brock, episode 113, host Brock Yordy talks about ensuring the teams you have deliver the right information in the right way when it matters.

“It’s always about professional presence,” he says. “Then it’s just completely about ensuring the right information is transferred. We do that by teaching everybody on the jobsite the right, proper way to operate, what’s safe.”

He also talks about importance of kick-off meetings to make sure everyone is on the same page, so there’s less chance of bad information spreading.

Today’s episode also features a guest appearance from Bo Yordy who, at nearly 3-years-old, shares his thoughts on stop-work authority. And sprinklers. Happy birthday, Bo, from The Driller family.
