Steve Westbrook joins National Pump Co. as an applications engineer, specializing in quotes and customer service for the API, heavy industrial and municipal markets. He brings a wealth of product and market knowledge, with 15 years of vertical turbine pump experience in applications and project engineering.

Vince Bischoff is the company’s sales manager for the western United States. He has 19 years of sales experience in the pump industry, and will work closely with the Fresno, Calif., branch to support and expand the vertical turbine and centrifugal pump industry in the mining, agricultural and industrial markets. 

Joe Jirgal joins National Pump as regional sales manager for the northeastern United States. Based out of Cleveland, Jirgal represents the municipal, industrial and oil and gas markets. He has more than 15 years of industrial equipment sales experience, primarily in the general industry, API, power generation and municipal markets.

Wilfredo Vicencio is the company’s regional sales manager for South America, based out of Santiago, Chile. He has a more than 20 years of experience in equipment and pump sales, primarily in the mining and municipal markets.
