Vermeer Mfg. Co. introduces the skid-mounted R300 Reclaimer System, a patent-pending single-tank drilling fluids processing system for optimum solids removal and zero-based fluids contamination capable of processing HDD drilling fluid returns at a rate of 300 gpm. The 2000-gallon single-tank design of the R300 provides a 100 percent usable tank capacity to the HDD. The use of adjustable-while-drilling deck angle shakers with adjustable g-forces allows the R300 to process returns at 300 gpm to a 20 micron cut point using three hydrocyclones rated at 100 gpm each.
