Danfoss-Flomatic recently received approval from The Foundation for Cross-Connection Control and Hydraulic Research at the University of Southern California for the 6-inch RPZ and DCV. The new 6-inch double check has a flange to flange lay-length dimension of only 42 inches and the Model RPZ has a lay-length of 46 inches. Shorter lay-length helps to ease retrofit and reduce installation costs. These units also utilize the same design as Flomatic's smaller units, with a single access cover and spring clips that hold the check valve assemblies in place. Danfoss-Flomatic
