The Deep Foundations Institute (DFI) and The GeoInstitute of the American Society of Civil Engineers have agreed to cooperate in co-sponsoring the Third International Conference on Grouting and Ground Treatment. The conference will be held at the Fairmont Hotel in New Orleans, Feb. 10-12 with short courses offered the day before on Feb. 9. Topics covered will include advances in grouting materials, equipment and verification and deep mixing technologies. There also will be an exhibit area featuring the latest offerings of industry suppliers.
DFI issues certificates certifying professional development hours relating to attendance at conferences, seminars, workshops and short courses arranged by DFI. This documentation should assist the attendees in maintaining records of their professional development credits.
