Western Equipment Solutions LLC was happy to help with the commissioning of a new SC-120 Soilmec crane to Inland Foundation Specialties. The crane will be used in St. Maries, Idaho, for a new bridge across the St. Joseph River on the south end of Lake Coeur d'Alene.

T4W drilling rig aboard navy ferry

An Atlas Copco T4W gets a ride on La Guarunta, a Honduran navy ferry. The rig is on its way to a volcanic island called Amapala, which the crews describe as a “geological nightmare.” But, the company says it overcame issues of fractured rock and lost circulation to find a fresh water aquifer that will meet water demand for years to come.
