The West Virginia Water Well Drillers Association has announced that they have awarded higher education scholarships to three students for the 2017-2018 academic year. Eligible candidates were required to be a child or grandchild of an Association member as well as meet academic guidelines. 

Scholarships were awarded in the amount of $1,000 to the following three students:

• Benton L. Anderson -- Anderson Well, Pump & Septic
• Jessica Paige Harmon -- Harmon & Son Water Well Drilling
• Samantha Tuckwiller -- Tuckwiller Well Drilling
