Champion Equipment Sales, a longtime Soilmec agent, has partnered with Paco Construction Equipment to offer Soilmec’s line of SM microdrilling rigs in the western U.S., and British Columbia and Alberta Canada. SM rigs handle tie-backs, micropilings and limited-access projects.
“Our existing and new customers will now be able to lease Soilmec microdrilling rigs quickly and easily,” said Vincent Jue, who serves as North America vice president for Soilmec and CEO of Champion Equipment Sales (CES). “They’ll also benefit from our continued expert service and technical support.”
The partnership adds service centers for Soilmec rigs to Seattle, the Paco headquarters, and to Calgary, Alberta. Existing service locations for CES in Salt Lake City; Paramount, Calif.; and Nisku, Alberta, will also see enhancements.
“The ability to offer Soilmec SM rigs strengthens our current offering, while allowing us to provide what we believe are the best machines in the market,” said Paco President Brian Weller. “Our customers’ job requirements are constantly changing. We pride ourselves on being a service-oriented, rapid response company. Soilmec’s manufacturing capacity allows us to uphold these ideals.”
