ESA Adds Burns
Environmental Science Associates (ESA)
is pleased to announce that Michael Burns has joined the firm as
geology-hydrology technical services group manager. As the firm’s senior
geologist, he will lead ESA’s team of water scientists in addressing the broad
range of geotechnical and ground water issues faced by clients. He brings
expert services in planning and permitting, site characterization, hazardous
materials/waste, soil and ground water remediation, and water rights. Michael
joins the firm’s water practice group and will be based out of ESA’s bay-area
region, growing technical services capabilities throughout California and the west coast.
“Michael’s 30 years of on-the-ground experience in geotechnical, ground water, and water rights will strengthen our technical capabilities in some of the most complex environmental issue areas faced by our clients across the many markets we serve – water, wastewater, community development, airports and energy,” says Leslie Moulton, senior vice president and ESA’s California water practice leader.
