Keeping Drill Crews Motivated on Long Projects

In Ask Brock, episode 145, host and drilling trainer Brock Yordy discusses an issue site managers can face on extended, ongoing drilling projects: How do you keep crews motivated when a large project may require them to do the same tasks every day for weeks on end?

“I like Monday morning kick-off discussions with my teams,” Yordy says, “and seeing how the job’s going, what’s happening, finding out the morale and the attitude, asking a lot of questions and then just listening to what everybody needs.”
