How Do I Get Everybody to Like me on a Drilling Project?

In Ask Brock episode 111, host and drill trainer Brock Yordy talks about being liked and respected among peers and superiors working a drilling jobsite.

“You need to know your job,” he says. “You need to execute on your tasks. Do things with integrity. Respect others on the jobsite and be a team player. That’s what’s important, is executing and showing you’re growing as a professional.”
