Watts Water Technologies Acquires tekmar Control Systems

Watts Water Technologies Inc. has annouunced that it completed the acquisition of tekmar Control Systems in a share purchase transaction. tekmar is a designer and manufacturer of energy-saving control solutions for a heating, ventilating, and air-conditioning applications, including a wide range of water-based systems. tekmar had annual revenues in 2011 of approximately $11 million.  

Watts Water Technologies Inc. manufactures products to control the efficiency, safety and quality of water within residential, commercial and institutional applications.
