Boart Longyear Expansion

Boart Longyear has acquired Patagonia Drill, a provider of minerals exploration drilling services located in Mendoza, Argentina. Company CEO, Paul Brunner, says, “This acquisition strengthens Boart Longyear’s position in the region, and will add in excess of $11 million in revenues to the group.” Patagonia has a total of 13 drill rigs, and specializes in diamond drilling and reverse circulation drilling.
