The Affordable Drinking Water Act of 2001, which would provide loans to help many low-to-moderate-income Americans install or maintain household well systems, has gained new support. Also endorsed by the National Ground Water Association, the bill recently gained several new co-sponsors in the U.S. House of Representatives.
