First Grants Given by Oilfield Helping Hands Permian Basin
Group Also Plans Fundraiser for 2019
The Permian Basin Chapter of non-profit group Oilfield Helping Hands has awarded its first grants to qualified recipients. The group’s mission is to serve the families of those working in the oilfield who are suffering financial crises.
“We are proud to provide support to our first grant recipients in the Permian Basin region,” says Justin Robertson, Permian Basin Chapter president. “Our mission to provide financial aid to oilfield families in crisis through no fault of their own is made possible by the support of our corporate members and volunteers. Our chapter meets every month and has upcoming fundraising events scheduled, including The Black and Gold Bash, slated for June 2019. We are seeking sponsors for these upcoming events.”
